The Second Annual Comedy Short Cuts Film Festival will consist of exclusive screenings in both New York and Los Angeles.

In future years, the Advisory Board seeks to create a full-fledged film festival that will further celebrate diversity efforts within NBC Universal and help emerging artists develop their voice and learn how to navigate the array of distribution platforms and opportunities now available.

Future plans include, but are not limited to:

Holding seminars, workshops and/or panel discussions which will give filmmakers the opportunity to interact with other industry professionals, discussing topics relative to the entertainment industry with a special emphasis on diversity. Educating independent motion picture professionals on new ways to market and distribute their movies, products, and services to a broad audience.
